Catering
When ordering in advance, we offer catering for groups (minimum 10 persons) in cooperation with the small local company- Ulgumaa Buffet. The size of the group is 10-25 people- in winter season (October- April). During summer season we can accept bigger groups- up to 50 persons, because we can use our summer terrace. We offer 3- course menu. Catering for smaller groups than 10 people by arrangement.
Events
If you want to organize a seminar or a birthday, we are happy to host your event. In addition to the wine tour and catering, you can also order a private concert through us.
Guided nature hike in Haanja Nature Park
Maris, the owner of the winery, is a biologist and nature guide by profession and will take you hiking on the hiking trails of Haanjamaa – for example, the local Kavadi Lake hiking trail, the Vällamäe hiking trail, or Luhasoo bog trail instead.
Smoke Sauna Experiences at Uue-Saaluse Winery
Uue-Saaluse Winery operates in the historic servants’ house of Uue-Saaluse Manor, where we have been crafting wines since 2017. The labels of our wines depict the view of our lake and the old smoke sauna — the very same sauna built most likely in the early 1900s and renovated in 2007.
