TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF THE ONLINE STORE<\/strong><\/p>\n

The owner of the online store www.uuesaaluseveinitalu.ee (hereinafter the Online Store) is O\u00dc K\u00f5ivsaare (registry code 12805192), located at Uue-Saaluse, R\u00f5uge Parish, V\u00f5rumaa 65147.<\/p>\n

Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information<\/p>\n

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store.<\/p>\n

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for delivery of the goods is added to the price. All prices of goods sold in the online store are in euros.<\/p>\n

The fee for delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering.<\/p>\n

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods.<\/p>\n

By ordering, the Buyer confirms that he is at least 18 years old and that he does not allow minors to access the goods ordered from the Online Store.<\/p>\n

Placing an order<\/strong><\/p>\n

To order the goods, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The screen will then display the amount of the fee, which can be paid securely through the following payment methods:<\/p>\n

Estonian banking links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay<\/p>\n

NB! When paying with a bank link, be sure to click the “Back to merchant” button on the bank’s page.<\/p>\n

Payments are mediated by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the Online Store in a secure environment – when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer’s bank and credit card details.<\/p>\n

The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.<\/p>\n

The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.<\/p>\n

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.<\/p>\n

Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia<\/p>\n

To receive the goods, the buyer has the following options: Itella Smartpost parcel machines all over Estonia and receiving the goods from the online store at Uue-Saaluse, R\u00f5uge parish V\u00f5rumaa.<\/p>\n

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.<\/p>\n

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract.<\/p>\n

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n

Right of withdrawal<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages (\u00a7 53 (2) 1) of the Law of Obligations Act)<\/p>\n

If the goods are incorrect or defective, the Online Store must be notified immediately upon receipt of the goods at the e-mail address info@uuesaaluseveinitalu.ee or by calling +3725183249. The costs of replacement or return of incorrect or defective goods shall be borne by the Online Store.<\/p>\n

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.<\/p>\n

Order cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n

The order can be canceled if you contact the Online Store at info@uuesaaluseveinitalu.ee or by calling +372 5183249 before the goods are out of stock. If the goods have already been shipped from the warehouse, it is not possible to cancel the order.<\/p>\n

Privacy policy and processing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Online Store is is the chief processor of personal data, the online store forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The Online Store transmits personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.<\/p>\n

The Online Store will send the buyer newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish by entering the e-mail address on the website and has announced his \/ her wish to receive direct mail notifications.<\/p>\n

The buyer can cancel the offers and newsletters sent to the e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.<\/p>\n

Solving arguments<\/strong><\/p>\n

If the buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to info@uuesaaluseveinitalu.ee or by phone: +372 5183249.
